Common questions

Is this in beta or early access?
My Loan Pipeline is in early access with teams running real pipelines. Core workflows—pipeline, funded loans, partners, and roles—are stable, but we ship improvements often and you may hit rough edges. Early teams get priority fixes; reach us at admin@myloanpipeline.com or through Help Hub after sign-up.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Essentials is $10/user/mo (30-day trial at subscribe). Team Plus is $20/user/mo with a 14-day in-app trial — no credit card until you subscribe. Professional plans for larger organizations are quoted separately.
How do invites and roles work?
After sign-up, an org admin on Team Plus or Professional invites users by email and assigns a built-in role—loan officer, processor, assistant, partner, and others. Each role opens a scoped workspace. Professional adds custom roles, teams, and org-wide route templates.
Do you integrate with our LOS?
Not today. My Loan Pipeline is an operations layer for tracking stages, dates, partners, and compensation follow-up alongside your existing systems. You enter and update loans in the app; pipeline and funded views support CSV export when you need data elsewhere.
Where is our data stored? Is it secure?
Your organization's data is hosted in secure cloud infrastructure and scoped by role and tenant—users only access loans and resources their role allows. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection, retention, and subprocessors.
What support do we get?
Early-access teams can use in-app Help Hub for guides and product updates, and email admin@myloanpipeline.com for account or billing questions. We prioritize feedback from founding teams while the product is actively evolving.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Pipeline and funded views include CSV export with your active filters and selectable columns—useful for reporting, backups, or moving data to other tools.
What if we outgrow our plan?
Start on Essentials ($10/user/mo) as a solo LO. Move to Team Plus ($20/user/mo) for funded stats, forms, marketing, payroll, user invites, and email automations — solo or with a roster. Contact us for Professional when you need company-wide analytics, custom roles, teams, and multiple branches.
Is My Loan Pipeline only for large lenders?
No. A single branch can use it today, and you can add more offices as you grow. You decide who joins and what they can open.
Do partners see our full company pipeline?
No. Partners only see borrowers they referred or leads they submitted. Company-wide production reports and internal payroll stay on your side.
Do you run payroll inside the product?
No—we help you track compensation and payout status on closed loans and add notes. Paychecks and ACH still happen in your payroll process.
Can we bring in our current loan officers and processors?
Yes. Invite your roster by email. Each person sees their own book and anyone they are assigned to work with.
